 I’m Gemma. I’m 21, born and raised in beautiful Melbourne, and am currently a full-time student at university. More importantly, these days my life seems to be focused around macarons. And other tasty treats alike. But mainly macarons. I have spent many, many hours attempting to perfect the fiddly french delights, and as a result have subjected my family and friends to a diet of almond meal, icing sugar, buttercream and ganache. Poor things!

So, I hope you enjoy the beginnings of my blog. I’ve never done this before so bear with me while I figure this whole new world of blogging out!
